I chose Bruce over all others for several reasons. As a buyer: Bruce is just flat out a good guy, never was pushy, never rude no matter how many times you wanted to see one of his properties, answers the phone most of the time, if not he always calls you back. Gives you plenty of time (days, months, or until sold sign is on his listing).
When I listed my farm in the Big Horn Equestrian polo club, he was kind and again (NEVER PUSHY). I signed a sellers contract with him, he excepted the rather higher price that I wanted for it, also telling me He would do his best.
