Mandy Koltiska is an Associate Broker with CENTURY 21 BHJ Realty, Inc., serving Sheridan and Northern Wyoming with more than 20 years of real estate experience helping hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate successful transactions. Known for her local market expertise, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills, she has earned multiple CENTURY 21® honors including GRAND CENTURION®, DOUBLE CENTURION®, President’s Producer, and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer awards. Originally from Juneau, Alaska, she moved to Sheridan in 2008 and has been actively involved in the community, including serving as Past President of the Sheridan County Board of Realtors and Past Chair of the Sheridan County Planning and Zoning Commission, as well as supporting the Sheridan County Dog and Cat Shelter.
Outside of work, she enjoys Wyoming’s outdoor lifestyle with her husband Travis and their five children, along with camping, hunting, baking, and sewing, and is dedicated to making the buying and selling process as smooth and successful as possible for her clients.
